We are currently seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Building Custodian to join our facility maintenance team in Tampines, Singapore. As a Building Custodian, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of the building premises. Your role will involve performing routine cleaning tasks, minor maintenance work, and supporting general facility operations.
Key responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting floors and surfaces; cleaning restrooms and replenishing supplies; emptying trash receptacles; and maintaining the cleanliness of common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and stairwells. You may also be required to perform basic repair tasks and assist with setting up rooms for events or meetings.
This position is essential to maintaining a clean and safe environment for staff, visitors, and building occupants.
