Job Description:
As a Climate Control Technician based in Yishun, the professional will be tasked with the delivery of essential services that ensure the cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency of building infrastructure and related facilities. Responsibilities include routine inspection, upkeep, and maintenance of designated areas or systems such as sanitation, ventilation, plumbing, HVAC, electrical connections, or specialized cleaning tasks. This role demands hands-on technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond promptly to maintenance and service issues to minimize downtime and uphold safety standards. Collaborating with team members and supervisors, the Climate Control Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring environments remain compliant with regulatory guidelines and are safe for both staff and the public. Adaptability and time management are key, as tasks often vary by day and may include emergency maintenance requests, scheduled cleanings, or technical interventions. Job Requirement:
• Basic technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems
• Capacity to work independently or in a small team under minimal supervision
• Strong awareness of safety and hygiene practices in facility management
• Understanding of local compliance and environmental regulations
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to follow directions and procedures
• Minimum 1 years experience in building maintenance or cleaning services
• Experience working with industrial cleaning systems
• Certification in Environmental Cleaning is an advantage
