We are hiring a Collision Repair Technician to join our advanced body shop in Madrid. You will be responsible for assessing and restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition using industry-approved repair methods and equipment.
Your daily tasks will involve panel beating, frame alignment, welding, paint preparation, and collaborating with insurance assessors and estimators. Precision, speed, and quality workmanship are essential to this role.
Job Requirement:
Applicants must have formal training in automotive body repair or related fields. At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a certified collision repair facility is preferred.
You should be skilled in the use of frame straighteners, spot welders, and plastic repair tools. Understanding OEM repair guidelines, insurance processes, and health and safety practices is essential. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a professional attitude are required.
