Job Description:
We are seeking a Delivery Intake Coordinator for our Seville distribution warehouse. This role involves receiving incoming shipments, verifying the contents against purchase orders, documenting discrepancies, and updating the inventory system. You’ll collaborate closely with the warehouse receiving and inventory teams to ensure that all goods entering the facility are accounted for and properly stored.
You will also monitor unloading activities and coordinate with suppliers for returns or damaged deliveries. The role plays a key part in stock accuracy and warehouse efficiency.
Job Requirement:
Candidates should have experience in inventory, logistics, or supply chain roles. Strong organizational and computer skills are essential for maintaining accurate records. Familiarity with ERP systems or inventory management software is preferred.
You must be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of managing time effectively. The ability to lift light to moderate-weight goods and communicate with suppliers and drivers is important. A diploma in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus.
