Job Description: The Agricultural Operations Coordinator will oversee and coordinate various agricultural activities to ensure the efficient and effective management of farm operations. This role involves managing the day-to-day activities of the farm, including crop production, livestock management, and the maintenance of equipment and facilities. The Coordinator will work closely with farm staff, suppliers, and external partners to ensure that operations meet the required standards and are compliant with agricultural regulations.
Job Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field. Proven experience in agricultural management or a similar role. Strong knowledge of crop and livestock management practices. Excellent organisational and leadership skills. Proficiency in agricultural equipment and technology. Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with health and safety regulations in agriculture. Valid driver’s licence and the ability to operate agricultural machinery.
