Job Description: We are currently hiring for the position of Air Cabin Crew in the Transport & Logistics industry in Sydney, Australia. As an Air Cabin Crew member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and overall satisfaction of airline passengers during their flight. Key Responsibilities: Greet passengers, assist with boarding, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Conduct pre-flight safety briefings and demonstrate the use of safety equipment. Serve meals, beverages, and snacks to passengers, considering dietary restrictions and preferences. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing passenger inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. Assist passengers with special needs or emergencies, including medical situations. Perform regular cabin checks to ensure cleanliness, order, and availability of supplies. Collaborate with fellow crew members to maintain a harmonious and efficient working environment.

Job Requirement: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Fluency in English and proficiency in other languages is an advantage. Good physical stamina and the ability to work irregular hours and long flights. High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Completion of airline-specific training and certification. First Aid and CPR certification. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
