We are seeking a detail-oriented Cargo Documentation Specialist to join our freight operations team in Brisbane. This role is critical in managing and processing all documentation related to domestic and international cargo shipments. The specialist will ensure that all shipping documents are accurately prepared, compliant with regulations, and delivered to the appropriate parties on time to prevent delays in cargo movement.

Key responsibilities include the preparation of bills of lading, cargo manifests, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other required documentation for air, sea, and land freight. The specialist will also liaise closely with customs brokers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and internal departments to ensure smooth cargo processing. Monitoring document compliance with international shipping laws, government regulations, and company policies is a central part of this role.

The position requires efficient handling of document tracking systems, electronic data interchange (EDI) platforms, and record-keeping software. The specialist will also handle document archiving and support audits by maintaining up-to-date and accurate records.

This is a full-time administrative role suited for individuals with excellent attention to detail, strong organizational capabilities, and a thorough knowledge of global shipping and documentation practices.
