The assistant will serve as a vital point of communication between the principal, household staff, business contacts, and service providers.
Key duties also include maintaining confidential records, managing household inventories, assisting with event planning, and providing logistical support during business trips or personal engagements. Job Requirement:
Candidates should have a minimum of five years of experience as a personal or executive assistant, preferably within a high-profile or private household setting. Strong skills in Microsoft Office, email and calendar management, and travel logistics are essential. Fluency in English is required; German language skills are highly preferred.
The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of handling both personal and professional matters with confidentiality.
