Job Description:

We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Formal Butler to serve a distinguished private household in Munich. This role requires exceptional service standards, attention to detail, and the ability to manage formal household operations. Primary responsibilities include table service, wardrobe management, overseeing household staff, coordinating events, greeting guests, and maintaining the overall appearance and order of the residence. The Butler will act as a liaison between the household and service providers, ensuring discretion and efficiency in all tasks.

The ideal candidate should exhibit refined etiquette, an immaculate personal presentation, and a deep understanding of traditional household protocols. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential. The Formal Butler will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the home and support the family's lifestyle with precision and care.

Job Requirement:

Applicants must have at least 5 years of experience working as a butler or senior household staff in formal or high-net-worth residences. Training from a recognized butler or hospitality school is highly desirable. A deep knowledge of formal table service, silver care, valet services, and household management is essential.

Strong communication and leadership skills are required to supervise other staff and manage service schedules. The ideal candidate should be discreet, resourceful, and capable of anticipating the needs of the principals. Fluency in German and working knowledge of English are preferred. Trustworthiness, loyalty, and a proactive attitude are key. A background check and impeccable references will be mandatory.
