Job Description:
We are seeking an Investment Banking Analyst to support mergers and acquisitions, capital raising efforts, and strategic advisory services. The role involves conducting detailed financial analyses, creating pitch books and client presentations, and performing industry and company-specific research.
You will work closely with associates and VPs to execute deals and analyze investment opportunities. Responsibilities include building financial models, preparing DCF and comparable company analyses, and participating in due diligence processes. This position offers strong learning opportunities in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment.
Job Requirement:
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field. Strong analytical and quantitative skills are essential, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Prior internship or work experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities are needed. You must be detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and comfortable with long hours. Familiarity with financial databases like Bloomberg or FactSet is a plus. Teamwork, integrity, and professionalism are critical in this client-focused role.
