Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Nursery Worker to join our plant production team in Munich. As a Nursery Worker, you will assist in the cultivation, care, and preparation of plants, flowers, and shrubs for wholesale and retail distribution. This role involves hands-on tasks in both indoor and outdoor nursery environments.
Key responsibilities include sowing seeds, potting plants, watering, fertilizing, pruning, weeding, and monitoring plant health. You will help maintain the cleanliness and organization of nursery facilities and ensure all plants are properly labeled and prepared for transport or sale. The role also includes assisting with propagation tasks and supporting seasonal operations such as planting or repotting campaigns.
You will work under the guidance of horticulturists and nursery supervisors, contributing to the growth of high-quality ornamental and agricultural plants. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about plant care and seeking practical experience in horticulture or agriculture.
