Job Description: Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Portfolio Manager to join our team in Berlin, Germany. As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing investment portfolios, analyzing market trends, and making informed investment decisions to optimize returns for our clients. Your expertise in financial analysis, risk management, and portfolio optimization will be critical in achieving our financial objectives. This position requires strong analytical skills, market knowledge, and a track record of success in portfolio management. Responsibilities: Portfolio Management: Develop and implement investment strategies for client portfolios based on their financial goals, risk tolerance, and market conditions. Investment Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of potential investment opportunities, including financial statements, market trends, and risk factors. Asset Allocation: Determine the optimal allocation of assets within portfolios to achieve diversification and maximize returns. Risk Management: Identify and assess investment risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and monitor portfolio performance to ensure risk levels are within acceptable limits. Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate portfolio performance, making necessary adjustments and recommendations to enhance returns and meet client objectives. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their investment objectives, and providing regular updates and reports on portfolio performance. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, economic conditions, and industry developments to identify investment opportunities and adjust portfolio strategies accordingly. Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, reporting requirements, and ethical standards in portfolio management activities. Financial Modeling: Utilize financial models and tools to analyze investment scenarios, forecast returns, and assess the impact of market fluctuations. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research analysts, traders, and compliance officers, to share insights, align strategies, and drive portfolio performance.

Job Requirement: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or CFA designation is preferred. Proven experience as a Portfolio Manager or in a similar investment management role. In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment instruments, and portfolio management principles. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct financial analysis, evaluate risk-return profiles, and make data-driven investment decisions. Familiarity with investment research tools, financial modeling, and portfolio management software. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex investment concepts to clients and stakeholders. Strong understanding of risk management principles and experience in implementing risk mitigation strategies. Results-oriented mindset and a track record of delivering strong investment performance. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple portfolios simultaneously. Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) is required.
