Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Skid Steer Loader Operator to join our construction crew in Munich. This role involves operating skid steer loaders for site preparation, material handling, backfilling, debris removal, and other general tasks across various construction and infrastructure development projects.
Your responsibilities will include maneuvering the skid steer in tight or congested spaces, attaching and using a variety of implements such as augers, trenchers, and buckets, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks. You’ll coordinate closely with site supervisors, maintain a clean and safe work area, and perform basic equipment inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize breakdowns.
This position requires excellent operational control, attention to surroundings, and a proactive attitude. You will play an essential role in supporting a productive and efficient construction site, while upholding company safety standards and contributing to project deadlines.
