Key Responsibilities: Animation Creation: Develop and create high-quality animations using various techniques, including 2D, 3D, or stop-motion animation. Bring characters, objects, and scenes to life with smooth movements, realistic actions, and expressive performances. Storyboarding: Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards and animatics that effectively communicate the desired narrative and visual style. Translate story concepts into compelling visual sequences. Character Design: Design and develop unique and appealing characters that align with the project's artistic vision and target audience. Create character models, textures, and rigging to facilitate animation. Animation Techniques: Utilize a range of animation techniques, tools, and software to achieve desired effects and visual storytelling. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in animation technology. Collaboration: Work closely with directors, artists, and other animators to ensure consistency and continuity in the animation style and overall project vision. Collaborate effectively to meet project deadlines and goals. Feedback and Iteration: Incorporate feedback from the creative team and directors to refine animations and improve visual storytelling. Iterate on animations to achieve the desired level of quality and impact. Quality Control: Perform quality checks on animations to ensure technical accuracy, smooth transitions, and overall visual appeal. Address and resolve any technical or artistic issues that may arise during the animation process. Time and Project Management: Manage animation tasks, timelines, and resources efficiently. Prioritize work and meet project milestones and deadlines. Research and Inspiration: Stay inspired and up-to-date on current trends, techniques, and styles in animation. Conduct research and gather references to enhance the visual quality and creativity of animations. Job Requirement: Qualifications and Requirements: Proven experience as an Animator, demonstrating a strong portfolio of animation work. Proficiency in animation software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Autodesk Maya, Cinema 4D, etc.). Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and storytelling. Knowledge of various animation techniques, such as 2D, 3D, or stop-motion animation. Ability to create expressive and dynamic character animations. Strong artistic skills and creativity. Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred). Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
