Attention to detail, patience, and a passion for preserving cultural heritage are essential. Fluency in Italian is required, with English as a plus for international client communication.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
Formal training or certification in furniture restoration, conservation, or related fields
Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience restoring antique furniture pieces
Strong knowledge of wood types, veneers, finishes, and upholstery materials
Expertise in traditional restoration techniques including cleaning, repairing, refinishing, and reupholstering
Ability to assess the condition of furniture accurately and develop appropriate restoration plans
Attention to detail with a commitment to preserving historical authenticity
Proficiency with both hand tools and specialized restoration equipment
Strong problem-solving skills and manual dexterity
Good documentation skills for recording restoration processes and materials used
Fluency in Italian is essential; English proficiency is an advantage for international client communication
