We are seeking a creative and fashion-forward Apparel Designer to join our design team in Rome. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing innovative clothing collections that align with the brand’s aesthetic and market trends.
As an Apparel Designer, you will research fashion trends, fabrics, and consumer behavior to create original designs that resonate with target audiences. You will collaborate with pattern makers, merchandisers, and production teams to ensure that designs are functional, cost-effective, and meet quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of style, excellent sketching and technical design skills, and a deep understanding of garment construction and textiles. A good eye for color, silhouette, and detail is essential.
Fluency in Italian and working proficiency in English are required for effective communication across international design and production networks.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop seasonal apparel collections
Create mood boards, sketches, and technical design sheets
Select appropriate fabrics, trims, and colors
Collaborate with teams on fittings, revisions, and production specifications
Monitor fashion trends and consumer insights

We are looking for a skilled and imaginative Apparel Designer to join our team in Rome. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in fashion design, trend forecasting, and garment construction, with a passion for innovation and style.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in apparel design, preferably in a fashion house or brand
Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, technical design ability, and an understanding of commercial fashion
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CLO 3D or similar tools
Solid knowledge of fabric types, garment construction, patternmaking, and finishing techniques
Ability to interpret fashion trends and consumer behavior into commercially viable designs
Excellent sketching and rendering skills (digital and hand-drawn)
Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet tight deadlines
Fluency in Italian and working proficiency in English
Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with design, merchandising, and production teams
Preferred Attributes:
Familiarity with sustainability practices in fashion
Knowledge of Italian and international fashion markets
