Job Description:
The Acquisition Marketing Manager in Hawally focuses on driving new customer acquisition through digital and offline channels. You will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns, partnership marketing, referral programs, and promotional efforts targeted at expanding the customer base.
You will monitor customer acquisition cost, conversion rate, lifetime value, and retention trends. You’ll also test new acquisition channels, work closely with analytics teams, and continuously optimize creative and targeting strategies to maximize ROI.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years in performance marketing or acquisition-focused roles.
Strong knowledge of customer funnel optimization.
Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, affiliate marketing, and A/B testing.
Experience managing marketing budgets and performance metrics.
