Job Description:
The Advertising Workflow Coordinator in AI Ahmadi ensures seamless coordination between creative, media, and account teams to execute advertising campaigns. You will monitor timelines, facilitate approvals, manage asset handoffs, and identify process bottlenecks to improve operational efficiency.
Your day-to-day will include status tracking, task delegation, updating campaign calendars, and resolving interdepartmental issues. You will work closely with production managers and campaign leads to deliver work on time and within scope.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s in Marketing, Advertising, or Project Management.
2+ years in advertising or creative operations roles.
Proficient in workflow tools like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
Exceptional organization and multitasking skills.
Strong understanding of the advertising production lifecycle.
