Job Description:
The Agile Consultant in Mahboula plays a key role in guiding organizations through Agile transformations by aligning teams, structures, and processes to Agile principles. The consultant assesses current practices, recommends improvements, and leads the change to help the organization become more responsive and customer-focused.
Responsibilities include working with leadership to define transformation strategies, coaching Agile teams, facilitating workshops, and identifying key performance indicators. The consultant also helps introduce frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, or LeSS, and ensures organizational readiness for agile adoption.
This role requires a balance of technical and change management skills, as the consultant must tailor solutions to different departments and organizational cultures. Experience in telecom and IT project environments is critical for this role.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Organizational Change, IT, or Business.
6+ years of Agile consulting or transformation experience.
Proven experience implementing scaled Agile frameworks.
Deep understanding of Agile metrics, tools, and organizational design.
Certifications such as SAFe SPC, PMI-ACP, or ICAgile Coach.
Strong strategic planning and facilitation skills.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and teams.
Experience with DevOps integration and enterprise Agile tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching capabilities.
Background in telecom or software development environments is preferred.
