Job Description:
The Agile Trainer in Qurain is responsible for designing and delivering Agile training programs to internal teams, stakeholders, and leadership. This position supports the enterprise-wide adoption of Agile by building knowledge, instilling best practices, and fostering a shared Agile mindset.
The trainer creates customized learning content, conducts workshops, facilitates simulations, and provides one-on-one coaching. They assess the Agile maturity of teams and organizations, recommend learning paths, and measure the effectiveness of training interventions. They may also support transformation efforts by aligning teams with frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, or LeSS.
This role is highly collaborative, requiring partnerships with HR, PMO, and delivery leads. It also includes developing online learning modules and providing feedback for continuous improvement.
Job Requirement:
Degree in Organizational Development, IT, or related field.
4+ years of experience delivering Agile training programs.
Expertise in Agile principles, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
Experience designing learning content and interactive workshops.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
Certification required (Certified Scrum Trainer, SAFe Program Consultant, or ICAgile).
Experience coaching teams at various maturity levels.
Ability to assess learning needs and adapt material accordingly.
Familiarity with e-learning tools and virtual training platforms.
Strong interpersonal and feedback skills.
