Job Description:
The Agile Project Manager in Salmiyah leads cross-functional teams to deliver complex IT and telecommunication projects using Agile methodologies. This role bridges traditional project management with Agile execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
Responsibilities include defining project scope, goals, and deliverables; coordinating resources; and managing stakeholder expectations. The manager facilitates Agile ceremonies, oversees sprint delivery, manages risks, and ensures continuous feedback loops. The role also involves budgeting, reporting, and ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
A successful Agile Project Manager builds empowered teams, removes roadblocks, and adapts processes for optimum performance. They must balance agility with accountability and use appropriate metrics to track and improve delivery.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Project Management, or related field.
5+ years of project management experience with Agile practices.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Proficiency in project tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
Strong understanding of SDLC and DevOps practices.
Agile and PMP certification preferred.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in dynamic and high-pressure environments.
Strong communication and negotiation skills
