Job Description:
As an Architectural Acoustics Engineer in Mahboula, you will be responsible for designing sound environments in buildings, ensuring optimal acoustical performance and occupant comfort. Your work will focus on minimizing noise transmission, controlling reverberation, and integrating acoustical materials into architectural designs across various settings such as auditoriums, studios, commercial spaces, and residential buildings.
You will collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to evaluate project requirements and develop acoustical solutions through simulations, modeling, and material selection. Using software like EASE, Odeon, and INSUL, you’ll assess acoustic behavior and generate 3D models to guide construction and interior design decisions.
This role requires a strong understanding of sound behavior in built environments, architectural design principles, and building codes related to noise control. You’ll also participate in site assessments, post-construction acoustic testing, and quality assurance processes to verify system performance.
