The Bioprocess Engineer Consultant in AI Farwaniyah provides technical expertise on the design, scale-up, and optimization of biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes. The role includes evaluating current bioprocesses, designing new production platforms, conducting risk assessments, and advising on equipment selection. The consultant ensures adherence to regulatory guidelines and supports technology transfer and validation activities.
Job Requirement:
A degree in biotechnology, chemical engineering, or a related field is required. A minimum of 7 years of experience in process development and manufacturing of biologics is necessary. Expertise in upstream (fermentation, cell culture) and downstream (filtration, chromatography) operations is essential. Familiarity with regulatory compliance (GMP, FDA, EMA) and experience in tech transfer, validation, and CMC documentation is required. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills are a must.
