We are seeking an experienced and driven Real Estate Development Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of real estate development projects in Kuwait. This role involves managing the development process from land acquisition to project completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes, timely delivery, and adherence to budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the planning, design, and construction phases of real estate projects.
Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify potential development opportunities.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, engineers, and legal teams to ensure compliance with local regulations and zoning laws.
Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring cost-efficiency and risk management throughout the development lifecycle.
Coordinate with government authorities, investors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure projects align with company goals and quality standards.
Stay updated on local real estate trends, economic factors, and regulatory changes in Kuwait.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate development, preferably in the GCC region.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and market dynamics.

To be successful in the role of Real Estate Development Manager in Kuwait, candidates must meet the following qualifications and requirements:
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Project Management Professional) is preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in real estate development, preferably within the GCC region. Proven experience in managing large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects from inception to completion is essential.
Knowledge of Local Market: In-depth understanding of Kuwait's real estate market, including trends, property values, zoning laws, and local construction practices. Familiarity with Kuwaiti regulations and building codes is a must.
Project Management Skills: Strong ability to manage complex projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management. Experience in managing cross-functional teams is essential.
Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to work effectively with stakeholders, contractors, government agencies, and investors.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to make strategic decisions, resolve conflicts, and manage risks effectively throughout the development process.
