Job Description: Summary: We are currently seeking compassionate and qualified Nurse & Caregivers to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Nurse & Caregiver in the Healthcare & Nursing industry, your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent nursing care and support to patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and wellbeing. Assist with medical procedures, treatments, and diagnostic tests under the supervision of healthcare professionals. Monitor and maintain accurate medical records and patient documentation. Educate patients and their families on healthcare instructions, self-care techniques, and disease management. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring individualized and holistic care. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to infection control protocols and safety guidelines. Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, promoting their overall wellbeing. Respond to emergencies and provide first aid when necessary. Stay updated with medical advancements, best practices, and regulatory guidelines within the healthcare field.
Job Requirement: Requirements: Degree or diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution. Relevant certifications and licenses are required. Proven experience as a Nurse or Caregiver, preferably in a hospital, clinic, or home care setting. Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and medical terminology. Ability to assess and prioritize patient needs, ensuring prompt and appropriate care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Empathy, compassion, and a patient-centric approach to care. Ability to work well under pressure and handle emotionally challenging situations. Knowledge of infection control protocols, safety measures, and healthcare regulations. Proficiency in using medical equipment and technology. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
