We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Food Safety Analyst to join our agricultural and food production operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving food safety standards throughout the supply chain—from farm to processing and distribution.
Key responsibilities include conducting food safety risk assessments, inspecting production and storage facilities, reviewing sanitation procedures, and ensuring compliance with local and international food safety regulations. The Food Safety Analyst will also develop and implement HACCP plans, oversee audits, and collaborate with quality control teams to resolve issues and maintain certification standards.
The role requires strong analytical skills, a scientific understanding of microbiological hazards, and familiarity with food safety systems. Candidates should be comfortable working in both office and field environments and capable of managing multiple tasks with precision and urgency.
