Job Description:
The Landscape Maintenance Specialist is responsible for maintaining the exterior grounds and gardens of a hospitality facility in Riyadh. This includes routine landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, watering, and fertilizing, as well as seasonal clean-up and decorative enhancements. The specialist ensures that all outdoor areas, including lawns, walkways, and decorative plant beds, are clean, safe, and visually appealing for guests and staff.
This role requires knowledge of horticultural practices, the use of landscaping tools and machinery, and the ability to diagnose and treat plant health issues. The specialist may also collaborate with contractors and vendors for larger landscaping projects and must ensure compliance with environmental standards and safety guidelines.
Job Requirement:
Candidates for the Landscape Maintenance Specialist position should have practical experience in gardening or landscaping, preferably within a hotel or resort setting.
Requirements include:
