We are seeking a dedicated Plant Propagation Assistant to support nursery operations and plant production activities in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will assist in the propagation of a wide variety of plants through seed sowing, cutting, grafting, and tissue culture methods, helping to maintain healthy and vibrant stock for agricultural, ornamental, and ecological purposes.
Key responsibilities include preparing propagation media, planting and monitoring seeds and cuttings, and ensuring optimal growing conditions such as humidity, temperature, and light. The assistant will regularly inspect plant health, apply fertilizers or treatments as needed, and maintain detailed records of propagation batches. Additional duties may include transplanting seedlings, maintaining cleanliness in propagation areas, and assisting in irrigation and pest control tasks.
The role demands hands-on work, attention to detail, and the ability to follow technical instructions precisely. Working closely with horticulturists and nursery supervisors, the Plant Propagation Assistant plays a critical role in ensuring the successful cultivation of high-quality plants.
