Job Description:

Job Requirement:
Candidates must hold a license in air traffic control or equivalent certification. Prior experience in air traffic management is essential, along with strong problem-solving abilities and stress tolerance.
Excellent communication skills, spatial awareness, and proficiency with radar and communication systems are mandatory. The role demands shift work, including nights and holidays, with strict adherence to protocols.
