Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Assembly Line Helper to assist in our production facility in Barcelona. In this role, you will be supporting the assembly process by supplying parts, monitoring workflow, and performing simple mechanical tasks under supervision.
The Assembly Line Helper will be required to maintain work area cleanliness and ensure parts are correctly positioned for fast and accurate production. You will work closely with technicians and quality inspectors to meet production goals and maintain standards.
Job Requirement:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of secondary education and basic mechanical aptitude. Prior experience on an assembly line is beneficial but not mandatory.
You should be a quick learner with good hand-eye coordination. The role demands physical stamina, precision, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A cooperative attitude and willingness to work shifts are essential for success in this role.
