Job Description:
We are hiring a Compression Molding Technician for our Granada facility to operate and maintain compression molding machines used in the production of molded plastic or rubber parts. You will monitor temperatures, cycle times, and material feed to ensure consistent part quality.
Your duties include preparing mold components, inspecting output for defects, and performing routine maintenance on equipment. You will collaborate with quality and production teams to meet performance goals.
This position ensures production efficiency and consistent output quality.
Job Requirement:
Candidates should have knowledge of compression molding techniques and prior experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
You must be able to read technical drawings, follow instructions precisely, and document production metrics accurately. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to work safely in a high-temperature environment are required.
