Job Description:
We are hiring an Avionics Systems Engineer in Barcelona to work on the integration and testing of flight-critical systems. You will contribute to the development of navigation, communication, and onboard computing systems used in commercial and military aircraft.
Your role includes requirement analysis, interface definition, system validation, and test protocol development. You will also be involved in hardware/software integration, system debugging, and compliance testing according to aviation standards.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams and support full product lifecycle from concept through certification.
Job Requirement:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electronics, or similar discipline is required. Experience with DO-178C, ARINC 429, and MIL-STD-1553 protocols is essential.
You must understand embedded systems, signal processing, and safety-critical system development. Familiarity with tools like MATLAB/Simulink, LabVIEW, and test benches is a strong advantage.
Candidates should be analytical, able to document system behavior clearly, and possess strong teamwork and communication skills. Eligibility to work in the EU and fluency in English are required.
