Job Requirement:
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is necessary. At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, system implementation, or ERP support is required.
Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and process modeling software (like Visio or Lucidchart) is essential. Candidates must understand software development lifecycles, user acceptance testing, and change management processes.
You should possess strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Prior experience with SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
Fluent Spanish or English and valid work authorization in Spain are required.
