Job Description:
We are seeking a Die Casting Operator in Madrid to operate die casting machines for aluminum or zinc components. Your responsibilities include preparing molds, adjusting die temperature, and injecting molten metal into molds.
You will inspect finished castings for porosity, shrinkage, or flash, and perform minor mold repairs and die lubrications. Regular documentation and adherence to quality parameters are part of your routine.
This role contributes to consistent production of complex precision parts.
Job Requirement:
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in die casting or metal foundry work and a diploma in mechanical or metallurgical fields.
You should be skilled in reading casting blueprints, adjusting shot size and pressure, and ensuring mold preheating procedures.
Understanding of safety practices related to molten metal and hydraulic equipment is required. Ability to lift heavy objects and work near furnaces is important.
