Job Description:
We are looking for a Plastic Extrusion Technician in Seville to operate extrusion machines used in the production of plastic components such as pipes, sheets, or profiles.
You will set machine parameters, monitor material feed, adjust die heads, and inspect finished products. Daily tasks include cleaning equipment, troubleshooting, and ensuring the consistency of extrusion quality.
You’ll maintain production logs and collaborate with the quality control team.
Job Requirement:
Candidates must have prior experience operating plastic processing machines and knowledge of polymer behavior.
You should understand temperature profiles, screw speed, and die calibration.
Physical ability to handle raw material bags and clean machinery is required.
A diploma in polymer science or plastic technology is an asset.
