Job Description:
The Asphalt Laborer in Izmir is responsible for assisting in the construction and maintenance of roadways, parking lots, and other paved surfaces by preparing materials, operating equipment, and performing manual tasks related to asphalt paving. This role supports the paving crew and ensures the timely completion of asphalt projects.
Key duties include preparing job sites, distributing and leveling asphalt materials, operating hand tools and small machinery, assisting with rolling and compaction processes, cleaning tools and equipment after use, and following all safety regulations. The laborer works in coordination with equipment operators and site supervisors to achieve optimal paving results.
Job Requirement:
Experience in asphalt paving or road construction work preferred.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments.
Knowledge of asphalt materials and paving processes.
Skilled in using hand tools such as rakes, shovels, and tampers.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
Adherence to construction site safety standards.
