The Building Envelope Specialist in Ankara focuses on the integrity and performance of the entire exterior enclosure of buildings, including walls, roofs, windows, and waterproofing systems. This role ensures the building envelope meets energy efficiency, moisture control, and durability standards.
Responsibilities include assessing design and material selection, conducting field inspections, testing for air and water penetration, identifying and mitigating thermal bridging, and ensuring compliance with codes and green building standards. The specialist collaborates with architects, engineers, and construction managers throughout project phases.
Job Requirement:
Degree in Building Science, Engineering, or Architecture.
Proven experience with envelope systems and performance testing.
Familiarity with energy codes, moisture control standards, and sustainability metrics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
