Job Description:
The BIM Model Coordinator in Ankara is responsible for managing and overseeing the development, coordination, and delivery of BIM models for construction projects. This position requires expertise in BIM processes, model coordination, clash detection, and data management. The coordinator ensures model accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Key tasks include supervising the BIM team, leading coordination meetings, validating model data, and ensuring seamless collaboration among architectural, structural, and MEP teams. The BIM Model Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting design integrity and project delivery schedules.
Job Requirement:
Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM coordination.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of BIM execution planning, model audits, and clash detection protocols.
