Job Requirement:
Degree or vocational certification in energy-efficient construction or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in building insulation and energy performance projects.
Expertise in insulation materials, installation methods, and building codes.
Analytical skills to assess thermal performance and propose improvements.
Ability to manage teams and coordinate with multiple trades on-site.
