Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent and knowledgeable Agricultural Compliance Officer to join our regulatory and inspection team in Dubai, UAE. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that agricultural operations—including crop production, pesticide use, livestock management, and food processing—comply with local and international agricultural laws, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
Key duties include conducting field inspections of farms, agribusiness facilities, and food production sites to verify adherence to government regulations. The officer will review documentation, evaluate farming practices, test soil and water samples when necessary, and issue reports with recommendations or corrective actions. They will also provide guidance to farmers and agribusinesses on best practices for regulatory compliance and sustainable agriculture.
The role involves close coordination with government agencies, agricultural stakeholders, and quality control teams. Candidates must have strong knowledge of UAE agricultural laws, food safety standards (such as HACCP and ISO), and environmental protection policies.
