Job Description:
The Agricultural Logbook Technician is responsible for maintaining detailed and accurate records of all farm operations, including pesticide applications, irrigation schedules, crop treatments, machinery use, and labor activities. This role plays a critical part in compliance with agricultural regulations, traceability standards, and internal operational audits. The technician collects data from field supervisors and equipment operators, verifies its accuracy, and records it systematically in logbooks (both physical and digital formats). Responsibilities also include organizing past logs for easy retrieval, updating entries in real time during peak activity periods, and assisting with preparing reports for inspections or certification processes. The ideal candidate must be meticulous, organized, and comfortable interacting with both field and office personnel. Familiarity with crop production timelines, farming procedures, and agricultural terminology is essential.
