Job Description:
The AV (Audio-Visual) Installation Technician is responsible for installing, testing, and maintaining audio-visual systems across residential, commercial, and institutional settings. This includes setting up projectors, sound systems, video conferencing equipment, and integrated control systems according to client requirements and technical specifications. The technician reads technical blueprints and wiring diagrams to connect AV equipment, mounts devices securely, and ensures proper cable management and system functionality. Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to signal quality, connectivity, and equipment performance is a regular part of the role. In Ajman’s rapidly developing commercial and educational sectors, AV technicians contribute to creating seamless audio and video experiences that support presentations, meetings, and events.
