Job Description:
The Building Electrician in Al Ain is responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems within residential, commercial, and institutional buildings. This includes wiring, circuit breaker panels, lighting fixtures, and backup systems such as generators or UPS units.
The electrician conducts routine inspections to identify electrical hazards, ensures compliance with local electrical codes, and uses diagnostic tools to troubleshoot faulty systems. Tasks also include the installation of new systems, retrofitting older wiring, and collaborating with other trades during renovation or construction projects.
The role requires an understanding of blueprints, electrical schematics, and safety regulations. The ability to identify system weaknesses and recommend improvements is valuable. Excellent manual dexterity, physical stamina, and the ability to work safely with high-voltage systems are essential.
