Job Description:
The Building Systems Supervisor in Ajman oversees the operation and maintenance of all essential building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and sanitation facilities. This role is responsible for scheduling inspections, supervising technicians, coordinating repairs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The supervisor monitors system performance, troubleshoots faults, maintains logs, and ensures the facility’s infrastructure is running efficiently and sustainably.
This position also involves working with facility managers and external contractors, reviewing maintenance contracts, budgeting for system upgrades, and planning preventative maintenance. The Building Systems Supervisor ensures that all equipment meets operational standards and environmental guidelines while training staff on safe practices and emergency response protocols.
