Job Description:
The Climate Control Technician in Ajman is responsible for the maintenance and repair of climate regulation systems including air conditioning, heating, and ventilation units in buildings. The technician performs routine inspections, identifies system faults, replaces faulty parts, and recalibrates thermostats or control panels to optimize indoor climate conditions.
Daily duties include system testing, refrigerant management, duct cleaning, and preventive maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation. Technicians must also handle emergency breakdowns swiftly and maintain accurate service logs.
This role requires good technical knowledge of HVAC control systems, mechanical aptitude, and attention to detail. Communication with supervisors and building occupants is also necessary for understanding climate issues and scheduling repairs.
