Solution Design: Develop innovative and practical solutions to address business challenges. Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders at various levels to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and obtain buy-in for proposed solutions. Job Requirement: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Certified Business Analyst Professional) are highly desirable. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role within the finance, banking, or insurance industry. Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices. Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate complex business challenges and propose effective solutions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present findings effectively. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines.
