Job Description: We are currently seeking skilled Banking Professionals to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Banking Professional, you will play a vital role in providing a range of banking services to customers, ensuring excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the bank. This position requires a strong understanding of banking products and services, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with banking transactions. Ensure a positive customer experience and build strong customer relationships. Account Management: Open new accounts, process account changes, and perform account maintenance tasks. Assist customers with account-related inquiries, including balance inquiries, statement requests, and transaction history. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the bank's products and services, including checking and savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment products. Educate customers on available options and help them select the most suitable products. Cross-Selling: Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote additional banking products and services to customers. Recognize customers' financial needs and provide appropriate recommendations to meet their goals. Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and currency exchange. Adhere to cash handling procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Compliance: Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures. Follow Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines and anti-money laundering (AML) protocols to mitigate risk and maintain regulatory compliance. Financial Transactions: Process various financial transactions, such as wire transfers, bill payments, and fund transfers. Verify transaction details, monitor transaction limits, and ensure accuracy and security. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing personalized solutions. Proactively reach out to customers to offer assistance and promote banking services.

Job Requirement: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Banker) are a plus. Proven experience in banking or a related field within the finance, banking, or insurance industry. Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including accounts, loans, credit cards, and investment options. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and build relationships. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Proficiency in using banking systems and technology for transaction processing and account management. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions and maintaining records. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. Familiarity with banking regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues. Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
