Job Description:
The Banking Software Analyst is responsible for analyzing, implementing, and maintaining software systems that support core banking operations. Based in Dubai, the analyst ensures that banking applications are aligned with business needs and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include gathering user requirements, evaluating software solutions, managing configurations, and conducting functionality testing. The analyst also supports integration between various digital banking systems such as mobile apps, internet banking, payment gateways, and core banking software. A key focus is ensuring system stability, security, and scalability. The role includes documenting workflows, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with software vendors, and supporting compliance with banking technology regulations. The analyst plays an active role in digital transformation initiatives and supports the rollout of new functionalities, updates, or automation features. This position requires strong analytical skills, a technical understanding of banking software architecture, and the ability to communicate effectively with IT and business stakeholders.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s in computer science, information systems, or finance; 3–5 years of experience with core banking or digital banking software; knowledge of system architecture, integration, and banking operations; experience with SQL, APIs, and financial software testing; strong problem-solving and communication skills.
