Job Requirement:
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in banking product development, business analysis, or financial technology is preferred. Knowledge of UAE Central Bank regulations, digital banking systems, and project management methodologies is important. Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required.
