Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Chartered Accountant, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, conducting audits, providing financial advice, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This position requires a strong understanding of financial accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to provide strategic financial guidance. Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Provide insights into financial performance, variances, and trends to support strategic decision-making. Financial Planning and Budgeting: Assist in the development of financial plans, forecasts, and budgets. Collaborate with stakeholders to establish financial targets, monitor performance, and provide recommendations for cost optimization and revenue enhancement. Auditing and Assurance: Perform internal and external audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls. Identify areas of improvement, recommend corrective actions, and contribute to the enhancement of internal audit processes. Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. Stay updated on tax legislation and advise on tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize financial outcomes. Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement risk mitigation strategies. Assess internal controls and processes to ensure the integrity of financial data and safeguard against fraud or misappropriation. Financial Advisory: Provide financial advice and guidance to management on matters such as investment decisions, business expansion, mergers and acquisitions, and cost management. Conduct financial feasibility studies and perform due diligence for potential business opportunities. Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices. Ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements and provide support during external audits or regulatory examinations. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including management, auditors, regulatory authorities, and financial institutions. Communicate financial information effectively and provide financial insights to support decision-making processes.

Job Requirement: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is required. Proven experience as a Chartered Accountant or in a similar role within the finance, banking, or insurance industry. Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, regulations, and reporting standards. Knowledge of auditing techniques and internal control frameworks. Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex financial data. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis. Proficient in using accounting software and MS Excel. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry-specific accounting practices. Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
